Now with UEMSunrise's GDV of more than 1 Billion, don't know how many thousands of units?

It’s on 28/12 as stated, bank don’t sell property to public thus it’s through auction for defaulted assets or those high worthy clients for own assets

Expecting few bidders fight and push back up to 500K?

The confirmation question was asked as the previous post contained "now selling"

That's what l predict also, bid till/above RM500k mark.

Hidden fee aside, the previous unit was taken at RM513k, same layout, just one floor different.

What a surprise. No bidder this unit just now.
No smart bidder grab this at 468K.
Nobody interested.
Will drop price further 10% next month.

Base on experience, year end is the best time to grab good unit in the lelong market. As generally very less interest from people. Probably busy holiday.
Should just grab at 468K.
No point waiting for further price drop.

Wow...when is the next auction date? If too close to cny will also attract less bidders.
