Another 1141sqft dual key unit sold in lelong market today.
At 513k. Single bidder won unchallenged.
Smart bidder grab now and avoid bid fight next round.

Seem UEM Sunrise so active in acquiring lands lately, for this GDV 1B development they need to have better accessibility plan as it’s not TOD per se

If I am not mistaken Annex 2 proposal was 2K+ units.
Now with UEMSunrise's GDV of more than 1 Billion, don't know how many thousands of units?

It’s on 28/12 as stated, bank don’t sell property to public thus it’s through auction for defaulted assets or those high worthy clients for own assets

That's what l predict also, bid till/above RM500k mark.

Hidden fee aside, the previous unit was taken at RM513k, same layout, just one floor different.

What a surprise. No bidder this unit just now.
No smart bidder grab this at 468K.
Nobody interested.
Will drop price further 10% next month.

Base on experience, year end is the best time to grab good unit in the lelong market. As generally very less interest from people. Probably busy holiday.
Should just grab at 468K.
No point waiting for further price drop.
