Can you share a bit of phase 1B development?
Looks like 2000 units in the pipeline and what is expected psqft.

Wow 445K? 1K sqft,dual key and freehold sounds a better choice compare to the opposite under-con leasehold and smaller size project(Aster).

If I am not mistaken Annex 2 proposal was 2K+ units.
Now with UEMSunrise's GDV of more than 1 Billion, don't know how many thousands of units?
