New property. Walking distance to MRT.
Maybe the rental to tenant is attractive..
Just a rough calculation, in average, rental is RM3k/number of rooms ...
(understand actual rental is different according to room size)

thought lelong might go to 30% only worth to take.
because need take risk for the lelong process and pay downpayment.
