Hi, do you mind share your unit photo? I bought their another project, your comment make me worry now...

Mentors I have only taken videos of the defects.. that day totally no mood that any photos.. very disappointed.. Don't worry not all units are like that, I'm consider s one of the unlucky one... I bought higher level one, higher level one all terrible, rushing job n super poor workmanship, obviously without QC.. really regretted to buy their project..

Can complaint to developer, defect under warranty, they should repair for you. How about the facilities? Satisfied?

yes can complaint but i am rushing to move in, my contractor dare not start reno after seeing the condition... facilities? dare not comment yet, VP with most of the facilities not completed yet, normal nowadays, but developer good enuf to waive march maintenance fees as they knows it wasnt ready yet

Pls share more photo once facilities is up, want to see if developer can delivere as per promise

I heard some agents who have some of their project listing (sub-sales), comment that their build quality is really worst and material used are low quality....

333 Residence. Located near cemetery. It is no where near Lakepark. I have no idea why the agent post here and kacau this thread.

VP condition very subjective, they might think yes, to me is NO or maybe partially yes

how do u know most of them is higher floor? every properties also got defects, it is actually quite random.. depends on own luck, i saw my balcony defect from swimming pool even before i collect my key (mine is low level..) so.. let wait them to fix the defects, calm down.. if after that they still cant fix it, then u can complaint la.. but complaint also to the developer..

Requirements to vp is lower than most buyers realized.

Whey are they rushing for VP?
SPA due?
or for Jib Gor for opening?
