Who gonna rent here unless at a very cheap rental. Plus the supply PPA1M Metropolitan. Majority renting out openly over there. Unit here come partial furnish all from developer shoes rack, wardrobe, kitchen, to furnish to rent out dont think will cost much. The question is able to rent out or not? Anyway, the 416k unit is worth to get. 4th reauction now: 1st auction - 570k - no taker 2nd auction - 513k - no taker 3rd auction - 462k - no taker 4th auction - 416k  |
