how the fk you down so much food in just 6-8 hours? what kind of stomach are you made of?
currently doing 18/6 daily recomp +20 -20
maintenance 2128 calories workout days 3382 calories
currently on my second meal, i think i failed miserably..

why you cant ? two boxes of chicken rice for lunch + 1 kopi peng already like 1400 ?
after gym dont drink your shake, some people will get bloated or feel full for a long time after protein shake, take your dinner first about 1500 calories and total already 2900, and use shake to fill in the rest of the protein u need for the day, if still got calories spare, take some snack, oreos, fruits, nuts.

i just ate 3 bak zhang to fill out the rest 900 calories. lul but i failed at 18/6 now open up calories window to 17/7

i just started IF, im trying to figure what time works best for me. currently calories window at 9am-4pm just hit PR today. result is pretty good stomach got lil bit gassy, switching to 8am-3pm

The problem if you don't track accurately is you will hardly achieve your muscle building goals. E.g if you're skinny fat you'll always stay that way while a bony guys like me who don't track will make almost 0 upper body lifts progress. What you can do is atleast cook chicken breast in bulk during weekend. Then for rice bring a fixed size Tupperware which u know how many gram rice will fit. Then the veg you can buy like salads from the stalls. Then the sauces you add u can pandai pandai estimate. This will keep you quite damn very accurate. Only people I know that can get away by eyeballing are advance lifters who've been training for 3 years. Eyeball eye ball, if over-bulk do a quick 2 week cut since they got that crazy TDEE, then eyeball eyeball maintain, if over-bulk do the mini 2 week cut again. Maybw after 3 years of lifting and near my genetic limit i will start eyeballing and use portion control.
