why you cant ? two boxes of chicken rice for lunch + 1 kopi peng already like 1400 ?

after gym dont drink your shake, some people will get bloated or feel full for a long time after protein shake, take your dinner first about 1500 calories and total already 2900, and use shake to fill in the rest of the protein u need for the day, if still got calories spare, take some snack, oreos, fruits, nuts.

i'm using the 600 calories one

impossible 333 calories la the rice already oily, breast also not that lean, got skin and fats under skin, with those soy sauce
