Only people I know that can get away by eyeballing are advance lifters who've been training for 3 years. Eyeball eye ball, if over-bulk do a quick 2 week cut since they got that crazy TDEE, then eyeball eyeball maintain, if over-bulk do the mini 2 week cut again.
