If you track like of course NOT accurate. Homemade all measured on digital scale is the only way.

The problem if you don't track accurately is you will hardly achieve your muscle building goals. E.g if you're skinny fat you'll always stay that way while a bony guys like me who don't track will make almost 0 upper body lifts progress.

What you can do is atleast cook chicken breast in bulk during weekend. Then for rice bring a fixed size Tupperware which u know how many gram rice will fit. Then the veg you can buy like salads from the stalls. Then the sauces you add u can pandai pandai estimate. This will keep you quite damn very accurate.

Only people I know that can get away by eyeballing are advance lifters who've been training for 3 years. Eyeball eye ball, if over-bulk do a quick 2 week cut since they got that crazy TDEE, then eyeball eyeball maintain, if over-bulk do the mini 2 week cut again.

I also go to company dinners, cny dinners, eat out wif friends. Just that 98% of the time i track Accurately. Maybw after 3 years of lifting and near my genetic limit i will start eyeballing and use portion control.
