Makanan melayu the taste is heavier. More spicy, more salty, more sweet, more rempah.
That's why those like char Koay teow or goreng stuff are favourite.

Then after u eat those too much your tongue and brain won't get trigged so much as it used to.

Really wadd....last time I only eat goreng stuff, after u cut down on those heavy taste things u can even taste sweetness in cucumber.

It's like whatever u eat lack of taste because you use to heavy seasoning of things like salt, spices and sugar

Found another video. They seem to really enjoy Yee Sang. But peking duck...hahahhaha I guess it's an acquired taste. Not everyone will like duck meat.

on astro got this show Rasa Halal Orient i think...go to East Asia (China, Taiwan etc) and sample local muslim-chinese food.
itu baru authentic bro

also got Heliza Helmi as presenter, which is good brows.gif

The 2 halal chinese restaurant that I really like is restaurant Muhibbah at Kg Sungai Penchala and Mohammad Chow at Damansara Perdana. thumbup.gif

It's a pity really that despite living in a multi-faceted culture of a society for so long but there are still many who dont or heck refuse to embrace and relish the diversity that is well available and present.

Oh really? It's alright to me. We had our dept CNY lunch at MinMax restaurant, PNB Darby Park which is not too bad as well. Anyone tried Dolly Dim Sum? Is it really good?
