If i am in f&b field then it will be my dream to popularize chinese food among muslims...
I believe food bring people closer... Example, if you love kimchi you will love the other kimchi |

QUOTE(hareharu @ Mar 26 2015, 01:30 PM) La stuff curry mee, chicken rice every Malaysian also got eat la. Its like saying I am Chinese, I like eat nasi lemak, so that means I like Malay food. Steam me like. Particularly one with some herbs. Mostly fish and dim sum though as me geli to eat steam chicken with head, x halal. IMO, the Chinese food that Malays/Indian don't normally like are usually steam food (steam fish, steam chicken etc), Chinese traditional soups (some complain tasteless, some complain don't like the taste), Chinese vegetable/vegetarian (complain why no meat) and Chinese porridge. Porridge like tauchu Porridge ke? Used to eat at raja Chulan. Now closed. Have to go jb to eat. Kinda cheap lah food in jb. Ikan bakar pon murah. Chinese soup mostly got disgusting things like kura kura, babi. Would only eat it in a hotel. Tak paham asal benci sayur? I usually must have sayur on every meal. |
