Even without the developer here, hope that all of us the buyers/residents of BTP can share any related news/info here among each other. If there is any complaint, I believe we still can deliver the message to LYG if the number of buyers/residents complaining is significant.

The latar interchange is a massive thing like Southville interchange by mashing. Lowyat announced in mid 2013 and promised completed in 2016. 2 years gone, nothing happen except site clearing and still promise buyer complete in 2016.

This latar interchange may come one day but I don't think is in the next 2 year lor.

treblecase bro, so end up which property u buy after cancel this booking?

It's beyond massive bro. In fact it's the only thing I considered when I made the deposit. The answers given & the consideration when I noticed there's already 2 interchanges nearby within each other (Kundang & Puncak Alam) made me wonder what's the possibility of slotting another interchange in between. Come on, who are they trying to kid? The very success of the project depends on this interchange. LYG should be applauded for having the forum here & engaging with buyers & potential buyers. It's a freaking open forum. You gotta expect some hard questions. So to close the forum just when the "heat" goes up reflects very badly on LYG. In a way, it justified my cancelation.

Meanwhile, I'll be looking for potential in the southern corridor instead.

Good news - Batu arang road upgrading and expected to be completed in end of 2015. - news From sinchew.

http://mykampung.sinchew.com.my/node/338633#ixzz3OEFcM2Va

Can anyone translate this and explain the content. As per my understanding from Google translate, they will upgrade Jalan Batu Arang from new flyover complete near Rawang toll to Aeon Mall (Phase 2), Phase 3 maybe from Aeon Mall to Jalan Tasik Puteri....

Based on the following photo in the link, it mentions that Jalan Negeri B27, Jalan Rawang, Batang Berjuntai (Fasa 2) hanya melibatkan Jalan Bukit Arang.

Sebarang salah silap translasi tatabahasa, harap maafkan saya.

Thanks bro Yuin Chuan See,

That mean Phase 1 from Jalan Tasik Puteri junction to Bandar Country Homes junction that cost 25 million which already awarded to Anjaria Properties will start and complete within 1 year.

Phase 2 which is from Jalan Sungai Bakau (Aeon Mall) to near Lebuhraya Utara Selatan will open tender Jun 2015 and start work Dec 2015.

Hi guys,

I tried using the Kundang exit from BTP during non-peak hours, it is quite fast to reach the exit, around 10mins but the small kundang pekan will experience massive traffic during peak hours due to junction in the middle of pekan which people from BTP need to cross. The funny thing is, going out to Kundang you dont have to pay the rm1.30 toll but going in to Kundang you need to pay rm1.30. So the worst case scenario is, use Kundang exit to go to work and leave early morning like 6.15 am smile.gif

Going in using Kundang exit you will be charged for RM1.30. While it is true that there is no toll at Kundang, but you will be charged for RM2.00 when you reach Kuang's toll just before heading out to Guthrie's Rawang Selatan interchange. The distance from Kundang exit to Kuang's toll is not that far too...

Do you think they will upgrade the road from BTP to Kundang? I mean the government, because you know, they get a lot from GST and say its for pembangunan malaysia

I haven't seen any construction anywhere along the road. I think it is not even started yet.

I heard a few weeks ago they already obtained APDL for phase 2. But it seems like LYG will not have event like the launching of phase 1 last year

No more free phones and makan makan. Overall notice a slowdown in property market (over supply) and loans approval rate is low..

Does anyone here have news regarding the latest update on BTP interchange? Heard from the last official thread that there will be some court hearing in April or something and when I returned to that thread it was closed doh.gif
