Buy online, there are many good websites. I personally prefer amiami.com due to cheaper price and freight cost.

If you buy only one kit, it's going to be more expensive when the kit is available locally. Purchasing 3-4 kits at once can offset the shipping cost and then they will be cheaper than local price.

Possible to buy spray online? Will it be troublesome to bypass the custom?

yes, buy online can. But you'll have to buy from local sellers.
I believe that it is the current international freight regulations that does not allow volatile or pressurized items to be shipped unless they are kept within special containers.
the problem with most paint spray can is that they are pressurized. In low pressure environment such as in flight, they have a higher probability to burst and explode.

guys wanna ask, if I use sanding to remove nubmarks, will it leave marks that requires me to paint it?currently I'm using carving knife to remove the nubmarks, but sometimes it will leave ugly surface. Does sanding requires me to paint that part?

depends some non visible via sanding... some are still visible even after using sanding..
you can use paint, markers to touch up or partial paint on those very visible ones.. or just hide it with decals...

I think it is more on admiring the mechanical like inner frames.

articulation is limited for MG/Inner frame as well when you put on the armor. The reason can be varied but I rather like that RE/100 exist since those niche machine that can never be produced as MG will at least get a 1/100 model with MG-enough details/proportion.

It is a once in a MG build kind of a feeling. A satisfaction of building the inner frame.
