Nice, you sure put a lot of effort in it! Bought my new single edge nipper mss041 straight from japan quite nice after tested a few small parts, gonna try it on my hyakushiki2.0 and tryon. Hope this nipper will shorten my sanding work. Gonna buy wave file or bmc fine file to further improve.

It's a nightmare working on my kampfer with china made nipper.

The wave ht280? Trust me it save a lot of time doing sanding with that tool, I bought n try it on nu gundam, its still scratch but the degree of damage is very very minimal compare to the metal files

Nub marks on mostly white kit are not a problem though.

Try cleaning them off of a dark kit like Banshee or Rezl.

If one always butt-hurtly paint the entire kit (like me) then no worries at all sweat.gif

Nice work!
Glad to see you put in effort to pose and photography.
I think using black/deep color background will create more contrast and impact compare to white since your object is mainly white.

Have to agree with Heally82, straight build require much more patient on nub mark.

hehe knew that earlier on, most of the experienced gunpla builders recommended a combination of god hand spn 120 and wave ht280.

some have different opinion saying bmc fine grade file is better (its 日本スジボリ堂 BMC鬼斩2代 粗目 细目 in jap)

anyhow gonna source and wait for japan availability and buy direct...

what nipper you're using from my opinion any super thin single edge nipper will do fine on our application, mine is GSR MSS-41 nipper said from forum is 2nd best aside from godhand so far has proven good enouf..

by the way, heard lots of complain regarding wave file style of horizontal direction filing and its big size that cant access into narrow nub mark areas, do you think thats an issue to you?

Just a quick question,

Saw some people build the MG Hyaku-Shiki Ver.2.0 that is clear version.
Remember they mention like they rub off the color.
Any one know any link for more details?
Thanks

I using Mr hobby only cos the godhand ran out every where
For me I would spend for those tools for safer result since straight build need to always worry abt nubs and scratches. If u found godhand can tumpang? laugh.gif

Looking for single edge godhand

Seriously Bandai really sloppy with SD kits many parts have gaps & all the weapons only molded 1 side. Only the twin pack comes with extra transparent decals, original all shinny stickers...
