if it's just to clear the switch inside, you don't really have to take the switch out.
one of the way you can try is to remove the keycaps of that affected switch, press down the switch until you see enough opening for you to spray some high pressured air inside or something similar.
if this doesn't work, then only resort to changing the switch.
Are your cable works done yet, master?

Guess I'll just live with it if it's not too consistent. Don't really have time to solder, take out the switch, clean it and put it back.

I don't need you need to desolder the switches completely.
Just open up the top housings of the switches, blow out the dust and also add grease to the springs. Some said clean with alcohol.
