That usually happens when the paint inside the can is not mixed properly or not shaken enough. Also it would depend on first few sprays that it needs to be very thin then let it dry before spraying again. This happened to me a couple of times already and thought it was the paint.

Do a trial spray first on some plastics before you do the actual painting to get the hang of it.

I assume that since you are painting it, you know the proper preparations before spraying and did those things so i didnt mentioned it.

Doesn't sound like you did much sanding to prepare it for spraying...

You ned a wire keycap puller to remove your keycaps.
Will be useful once in a while if you want to change keycaps or cleaning.

I thought it was pretty cheap actually.

The only reason I got one is because I used my friend's ducky when I visited him. Unfortunately I can't take a keyboard with a picture of duck on it seriously enough to buy it and I really like the fit and finish of the DAS, because it reminds me a lot of the industrial keyboards I used to program on when I was a field engineer working at QGC's Ruby Jo.

Plus the alu top is a really nice addition. Now if I could only get metallic keysets not made out of Zinc or Alu.

unless you are able to opt out near RM400 cash to get mkb why not. if u needed those money. dun go dive into it just yet. ordinary keyboards will do just fine with gaming, mkb doesnt really improves gaming performance by literally huge gap (i still can own in bf4 with my RM20 cheap kbd). however we do advice typists and serious gamers to get mkb. btw mkb values are always high even for 2nd hand so its considerable a good investment. in the end, it will always go back to personal preferences.

That battle scarred filco. I didn't really like it the first time you post it here. But looking at it now at a different angle, that thing is actually quite nice.

Just that the blue doesn't really suit it IMO. But overall good job! 

I prefer this than the blue one more.

But looking forward to see what mods you can do to make the keycaps a matching theme.

try not to overdo it as its quite a heart ache to see a heavily scared filco.

About the DAS 4C series, can you confirm is it really using Cherry MX switches?

Filco do not have keycap puller to begin with.
So, you have to purchase new keycap puller, so you can remove the keycaps and clean that keyboard.
I'm sure there are lots of hairs, dusts and "etc" in the keyboard.
