I kept it under rm500 all the time but there are people who buy more than that without issue. Custom duty and tax is one thing, import of cosmetic products w/o permit are prohibited under pharmacy law, there is always a risk of item being confiscated

I ordered Versace pour homme from frangranceX on 21/4.
Received today so it’s around 20days.
Packaging all intact. 2019 batch.
Smell different from when I tried at the departmental store.
Probably got mixed up with different fragrances when I tried lol.
Silly me but all is good.

hi guys, sorry if this has been asked before. placed an order on Fragrancex and received an email saying that my order has failed payment authorisation. I used maybank and I was kinda surprised that there's no MSOS code required for the transaction (and no SMS received) as usual. so I updated the payment details and used a different card from AMbank - also no MSOS code but I did receive an SMS from the bank saying that my card has been charged the amount in USD.

Wonder if anyone had a similar experience? I did email customer service but they have not responded.. I didn't have Paypal so I opted for card instead, it's my first purchase from them...

Same thing happened to me before. You can check with the bank, the payment should be just put on hold and would be refunded later if it doesn't go through. And create a paypal account, it is quite easy and doesn't give me any issue when buying from the site.

My bank ask me to fill a chargeback form. Ya i have been using paypal since then, no issue.
