I need your help and advise from those who has purchased perfume from perfume.com.

I recently has placed an order on that website, and purchased it with my maybank debit card (cherry), but now my order can't be processed due to payment issue.

In the e-mail sent by perfume.com, they said

"...... currently on hold for card holder security.

Please provide the six-digit authorization code. It is a approval code that the bank gives to the merchant, and may be alpha-numeric."

I've called maybank few times and the CS said there is no such code to be provided (nor in the debit card history).

Anyone whom has similiar experience, mind share how do you solve this?

hi guys, sorry if this has been asked before. placed an order on Fragrancex and received an email saying that my order has failed payment authorisation. I used maybank and I was kinda surprised that there's no MSOS code required for the transaction (and no SMS received) as usual. so I updated the payment details and used a different card from AMbank - also no MSOS code but I did receive an SMS from the bank saying that my card has been charged the amount in USD.

Wonder if anyone had a similar experience? I did email customer service but they have not responded..  I didn't have Paypal so I opted for card instead, it's my first purchase from them...

anyone whats the best way to ship perfume to Malaysia ?

luckyscent has postage to Malaysia but after convert its about RM160. im not even sure if Malaysian custom will tax it.

anyone know other alternative or i can just proceed ? pls help suggest im newbie.
