I am fighting back. Asking them to ship now of refund. No problem for me, just lost to opportunity to have the neon joycon set which after much thinking maybe I don't want it anyway. If they refund I am buying from either Impulse or Heavy Arm from now on. Hope the guys in Malaysia won't disappoint.

No harsh words, just logic in my email. They emailed to me stating that my Switch will be shipped today. Seems to be working unless they outright lie to me which I will retaliate.

To those without screen protectors, please note that there are reports that the dock may leave scratch marks on the screen (maybe those who are not careful). However, there is a very simple and cheap DIY fix

U better contact them abt your games. They told me the same thing about my unchated 4. That they already shipped it last monday but no tracking whasoever.

I asked for refund after a week and suddenly got tracking which they shipped the same day i asked for refund!

now to figure out how to get standalone switch in short time w/o any bundle because I don't want to have 2x copy of zelda

so yeah... those who think can freely import from japan, thanks to note 7 incident japan post (or is it dhl )has beef up their regulations and here's the result

Just got email from Qisahn. My Nintendo Switch Carrying Case with Screen Protector (Nintendo Original) and the Zelda Guidebook Collectors Edition is shipping today hopefully they both arrive tomorrow. Screen protector already using Hori, so this will be my spare, just in case...

I think DHL/FedEx has not allowed Li-Ion battery in their shipments for quite a while... Use other shipping methods e.g. japan speedpost?
