Heard from my friend who quit last year that it was damn stress working there. We always joke about engineers being "kuli2 sahaja" but in plexus, you truly do feel that way with how much they push you. The compensation also pretty average and not worth it when compare the ratio between pay and stress so might as well go jabil at that point, stress up but pay also quite up.

I was warned about this place by peers and there were many red flags raised by forumers in older threads, and I ignored them.

Just resigned together with another colleague.

u have to work during weekends and until late night everyday in toxic environment with backstabbers. they dont care about employee mental health or even your marriage. your life F up thats not their problem, they will replace you
one of my colleague's marriage is seriously impacted by this workplace because of non stop work

My friend was at plexus from few years back. Even back then he complained of unreasonable management and "useless" working culture where emailing is a wayang to show "youre on top of things".
As engineer you get tekan from all sides (management, production etc) which is standard for manufacturing but he said its bad even by that standard. Thought things have gotten better by now.
