Just to highlight a few, very high workload. Every time OT. Though the paid OT is quite lucrative, but ppl just cannot tahan the too high OT frequency. Disorganised SOP and work processes. Blur career path.

Very dirty workplace filled with unscrupulous people with no order or policing. bosses ignore feedback , complaints and continue to allow toxic culture to prevail

think twice before joining. people cant wait to leave this shit hole

not worth it and many are looking to leave.
only join if u have no other choice, i wouldn't recommend this place to my enemies put it this way
