Ermm.. Sry to ask, but how did you cut the round hole on top of the casing. I thought after you cut the plastic still got the metal thing inside to cut?
There's no plastic up there. Just aluminum. So I just cut the aluminum n voila a nice round blowhole.

if internal case black color will be very nice, (personal comment only)
It's a full aluminum case including the internals. Full aluminum is totally bling bling enuf. I only paint the internals if it's a steel case with ugly grey internals.

no matter how i look, the side panel paling cun
jz curious, has anyone tried sleeving the water pipes before?

Now, y wud anyone do that?

I purposely changed the hoses to UV green hoses to highlight that the rig is watercooled. If u sleeve the hoses it'll just look like a bunch of wires. Also, with watercooling u always need to check on the hoses, joints n blocks every now n then to make sure no leaks r developing. If u cover it then there's no way to check on the watercooling system for leaks.

Is the HDD bay there hotter than other area of the case?
Cuz with 2 hdd, n 1 is the raptor, would be hotter rite?
Not really. Y wud u say that? There's a big 120mm intake fan for the HDD cage n the Raptor actually runs cooler than most HDDs. Ppl think it runs hotter due to the higher speeds n performance. On the contrary, it runs cooler than most HDDs coz the build quality is so much better n the HDD casing is made of really heavy stuff with cooling fins on it too.
Like in my own King Kong rig. The Raptor is about 10C cooler than the Caviar at full load.
