Very good location, should be able to fetch good rental for its proximity to MRT. Out of curiousity, are the units facing cemetary cheaper? But i will prefer facing KL units.

anyone know whether their 2 or 3 storey retail lot for sales or 100% owned by developer? This can justify future appreciation too i doubt developer keep it for 100% owned

I was informed by contractors who used to do work for this developer. They said this developer is good paymaster and cash rich. Normally pays vendors when work starts.
But I guess this is their maiden high-rise mixed dev project. Hopefully they will do their utmost best to deliver......Else, they don't need to think about future projects already...
