hmm haven been to the actual site yet ... but judging from the wikimapia, looks still walk-able. Just need to walk pass the park and ride parking lot to reach the station.

yes if able to walk thru the park and ride BUT u dont know if MRT will fence up or not. At this moment the tenant in the park and ride site is not allow to use the direct entrence beside petron already, and soon the entrence from kampung side will be fence up too for this project.

Should ask the developers' agent whether they will ensure a proper walkway(covered or not) will be constructed from netizen to mrt. Or will the residents need to just walk by the main road?

ask them will say yes or propose. to make sure go ask mrt better. this netizen is not cheap at all.

Boss, what do you think of this project? Seems to me quite low entry price compared to the rest of MRT walking distance projects.

park and ride is a part of the mrt, i think if they happen to fence it up there must have a walkway kinda bridge or something that can have the car patrons that park there to walk into the station as there is a stream or river in between right.

Lets say we start walking from the the center of Netizen and the distance from Netizen to the station is about 300m entering thru the park and ride and if there is a bridge entrance to reach the station. Even if we walk along the main road beside petron and turn in from the main entrance of the station it will take about 500-600m which about 15mins.

Anyhow i look at it, imo its better than many projects that claim 'walkable' to mrt station and the distance is like few KMs away.

best if got la, but doable also just walk into the park and ride parking lot and find the entrance. walking on the main road danger woo nowadays ...

If from google map draw straight line, is about 150m....But if zigzaag + pusing pusing , probably double to 300m distance to walk. If their selling point is MRT, they better prioritise pedestrians and make the walking path pleasant and safe for the young and old.
