Yes, sometime developer will play safe use agent to take order
But the pricing those agent put also is not developer authorized.
Better trust Developer and not give the cheque to agency.

No harm giving cheque and yes without apdl, the agent is the fisherman.
Netizen has shelved the project and dropped the price. This doesnt looks good to developer... Worry if they might not even complete the project

psf price estimated to be RM445psf except Studio.
FREEHOLD MRT why not?

FULL EXPLANATION HERE!!!!
the name "NTZ" was initially changed to "SKYLOFT" and their location to be told at BATU9 because :

1. They haven tie up EF with banks and they dowan to let other agencies to keep calling the Developer for the project appointment.

2. NTZ 3 years ago was cancelled due to some insider & price issue, so "Skyloft" would be the new name proposed to government,yet to get approval,but personally think that they would use back "NTZ"

3. Showroom confirmed to be done in Nov,and unit choosing session would be held in Dec, now open for Registration to get queue number, priority to choose units would based on Queue Number given. PD cheque dated 01/12/18 would be refunded after u visited the showroom and not satisfied.(Personally think that no harm giving PD cheque,bcos nothing to lose)

KEB definitely wont tell you the exact pricing bcos cant mention rebate or discount before obtaining EF, u gotta believe me...
