I heard a colleague currently stay at 1 of their(suria land) project - suria court.
He bought subsale 1, he said quality looks meet the price he pay for it. And he said that seem only the top floor units people talking about water leaking issues. So is it normally top floor units will have water leaking issues in apartments and condo building? 🤔 |

Usuallly the highest floor is at risk due to roofing exposure...waterproof issue
