Palm hill residence by keb... Their latest project... Any issue? Looks like b11 workmanship more reliable

B11 combined with Rumah SelangorKu, personally think that Netizen would be better in terms of price psf and without any government related properties and also had obtained their apdl.

when they previously launched in 2015, some issue with the price thats why the developer and stopped the project and previous booking been refunded to the previous buyer. Now coming back with better price package and layout.

2 different projects, NTZ completed in Q1 2022, B11 completed in Q4 2022. both MRT projects but B11 with Rumah Selangorku and NTZ without.
