I also bought one studio for investment purpose (last month), lvl 18 & facing south at tower B. Basically those facing north (KL) only left few units and all above 18 floor. Nothing to worry about the cemetery view in tower B since only tower A direct facing it.
For my own point of view, Netizen should be good to buy it now since it only complete by year 2019. By that time, for sure the price will increase. Just plan for the next 4 year what you want to achieve. As the toll price keep on increase, should be good to invest on those with walking distance to MRT. |

Finally I booked a 969 sqft corner unit face south after hesitating for a while. Hope the present of mrt can boost the rental market there in future.
