Have you tried Symphony Tower? At least for loan reject waiting list?
Their large units are booked a few months back.

I have checked on their floor plan. The price is reasonable but the layout is not really convincing. rclxub.gif

Cheras Sentral is surrounded by tamans (with linked houses eg Lean Seng, The Peak, Anggerik etc) and a few condos/apartments. Can get zhap fan/food easily.
Of course some foreign workers have been staying in this area too (particularly the apartment). Some were placed by their bosses.

Have been staying in Cheras (not too far from Cheras Sentral) for 25 years.
I get used to the environment already.

It's up to you. Your decision
