I saw the show unit but look like SOHO toilet very small...........after put the bed, no more walkway.
Anyone know how big is the toilet ?

soho with mrt next to it success rate chansi is higher than no mrt beside. N mrt stopping point is way better than lrt.

U should go gallery 6c6c Liao. It show how the road access for cars to access the mrt station below for drop n pick... n road access for park n ride. The land infront netizen they given out quite big.

A bigger balcony is good but not always practical to Netizen SOHO unit that has very limited bedroom space.

On the other hand, why not design the Netizen SOHO to have some mixture of units without balcony... (I understand it is the DO thing or glass wall/windows of toilet, etc)
IMO, for units without balcony, at least, the bedroom can be larger..
In addition, one can think of partitioning another shoe box room for kid....

maybe the developer boss like the sunset in the balcony cool2.gif
I like you idea either with/without balcony (individual preference), can set another price benchmark and seller/buyer with option.
