soho i saw in show unit with all the furnish thry provide, now including TV and Frige , and the Sales show me previous record, suria residence and suria court i have go to look around and check back the launch price, i think still acceptable, they got a project Semi D house today i will go look around, just completed but forget what name izzit i will ask my SA later

No lar. The last part is Just worst case scenario only.
Hope ini project turn out good.

This side punya traffic far better than Mahkota Cheras side... Saw the jam opposite there at Mahkota Cheras junction seriously no eye see. This side area punya traffic most of the time still sibeh smooth.

What about Tower A? They didn't open yet? Plan to open later to sell higher price(like youcity)?

SA told Tower A will be launched in later stage....
I guess they need to see how market responds to Tower B first...
No idea about the psf of Tower A, but I am sensing will be higher than Tower B, since it is closer to MRT station.

So if that happens, those who have have bought Tower B shall have price appreciation on paper.
Anyway, me no agent of any party... Purely discussing, no mean to promote...

this project will finished after 4 years. that time mrt is sibeh ready liao.
also they surrender big piece of land in front of netizen to improve the road infra.

now btho infra also way better than sungai long and mahkota cheras. plus point liao?

Possible...with one small directly under (from south view) and another one at Sg Long (mid range)

Anyway, need to see how the marketing team pushes the sales further...
