better picture of the outline. looks like MRT island station got entrance down the park and ride but didnt see any designated covered walkway from Netizen though. At least can cut thru parking lot to reach MRT lo.

yes, is depends how developer turn the pathway heading from netizen ---> park n ride ----> station only.

btho side sometimes quite smooth... due to no need wait traffic light can turn to kl.

mkt cheras different story loh. turn kl need to wait traffic light.
the divided inner road made mkt cheras more sempit compare to btho side.
almost everytime Mahkota Cheras traffic light there sibeh jialat jam.. while btho junction side still smooth n ok..

they need build the direct fly over link to the highway only can solved the issue

hence i think this project residents would contribute to the traffic flow of btho instead of mahkota cheras. Maybe during afterwork hours is the time Netizen need to jam with Mahkota Cheras resident on the exit before the dismantled toll.

most of the mkt cheras pipu just want to skip the KL toll by using this access.
this junction to kl no need pay toll. kekeke. they can just use the toll way.

don't forget btho side have more escape+access points than mkt cheras. btho side can use alam damai or len seng way or further down access forgot what jalan already... that access is before the btho/mkt cheras junction.

so jalan access wise. btho access still better.
