You know this is really getting real stupid why? Because the situation is really simple :

Buyer bought a shirt, but the shirt size did not fit.
The solution could(applies to normal human) have just been the TS asking the seller to refund because item is not suitable. Besides TS should have known the risk of buying clothes online because you simply can't just tell a clothes size by looking. S,M,L, XL differs depending on manufacturer. Why the heck you think shopping complex has changing rooms if we all could conveniently buy the clothes we like by just looking at the size?

And TS isn't contributing much to this thread. All I can see is him posting rants rather than usefull information about his troubles(I'm kind enough to call it trouble, rather than stupidity)

It's much bigger than tissue paper box already.. Beside is some A4 papers.. A4 paper size is almost the same like tissue paper box.. I can tell that shirt is 2 and quarter of tissue paper box..

That is not long sleeve shirt.. If it is, it should reach the bottom of the shirt.. not half like that.. No wonder reach ur siku only..

My conclusion :

Don't my clothes online, you should be well aware of the risks buying clothes online. To some people, their big is your small and to some others their small is your big. You never asked for any proper measurements.

From what I see on the picture, according to the design of the floor, its around 60cm long from the neck to the bottom. My house has the same type of floor design. I think unless your 190cm tall or taller, 60cm is enough to cover your body.

On the other hand I also agree with amedion that its not long sleeve from what it seems.

Edit : xen0, its possible for a 15 year old to be 200cm. I have a 16 year old friend also around 200cm.

First of all, she did fulfill what u request before purchasing it.
She is not forcing u to buy it & the size may varies due to different measurement by manufacturer.
I think elaine size is quite standard & the size of it looks l ok. NOT very SMALL or BIG! Moderate size ok?
IF u are very big size dont use measurement like as TALL as a door or whatever. Use the height standard(in cm)
IF u are not happy with the stuff do contact her in a POLITE way!

1. What were the T & C when buying the shirt?
Was "not suitable" or "buyer satisfaction guaranteed" in it?
If it was, refund should be done.
If not, I dun think u have a reason to demand for a refund.
Understand this when u are buying online, especially clothing and personal items.

2. U didn't ask for the measurements of the clothes while buying it.
If not sure of the size, ASK.
Don't give thing to agak like I'm as tall as the door or I'm taller than peter crouch.
We can't reli visualize it sometimes.
Best is ask for the full measurements of the shirt. I have done dri-fit shirt bulks b4, and as long as measurements are given, the buyers can see what they are buying, even if not, they can measure themselves to see if they can fit.
U didn't ask for the size, the seller didn't think of it, in this sense both are not in the right, but neither is in the wrong I guess.

3. This place is for SOLVING problems, not for CREATING them.
U are now creating problems for the mods, for the seller, and for other ppl to take out time to give opinions and stuff.
Don't come in and keep on ranting and ranting on ur own complaining bout the seller, when u have nothing much actually to complain about. U should at least try and settle with the seller 1st rite?

She's a totally nice seller.
There was one time I asked to buy a cal from her, she actually gave me like 10 calls over the length of 2 days to ask me if I wanted it cuz another guy wanted to buy it from her. At that time I left my hp in my hometown and didn't manage to pick it up. But she actually waited for few days cuz I asked 1st.
From this I think she's a pretty good seller.
And neither do I think u should make this big a fuss over this.

hope I can see more evidence (pictures) of the "bad conditions" that the buyer claimed. This is the main factor to decide whether a refund should be done or not. The size itself cannot be a deciding factor, because it's buyer's negligence to let that go unnoticed.

Being a 15 years old kids doesn't mean that you can act like a kindergarden kid.
Come on, lets be frank, it's very easy. You return elaine her jacket, elaine return back your topup reload(since you used it for transaction, back to square 1). You can't demand anything like cash money since it was you who start transaction using reloads.

And since you said that jacket is small, why don't you take a picture of yourself with that jacket. Let us judge it.

This problem can be settled easily and you are the one that makes it harder or complicated.

And as for elaine, freesize does not mean anything. Next time, please put a proper description. Your freesize couldn't be fit on someone having XXXL body size don't you?

Aku sudah tengok gambar tu.. Sememangnya boleh muat jikalau ia seperti yang di tunjuk dalam gambar.. Sebab tepi tu ade sikit kertas saiz A4.. Baju tu dua kali saiz paper itu.. AKu bukan tinggi macam awak.. 170cm+ sahaja.. MEmang boleh muat.. Panjang lengan tu awak patut check baik baik lepas dia kasi gambar kat awak.. tengok pun tahu bukan lengan panjang punya jacket.. Mestilah sampai siku awak...

can every1 stop picking on him coz he is 15years old and act childishly.... Please accept the way he behave and deal accordingly, leave the job of maturing him to his parents.

Lets sum up wat he trying to say
1) he told seller tat he is as tall as the door, stop questioning him about the height of the door he mentioned about, most of us know how tall is the standard door in malaysia. seller's responsibility to find out wat he mean by that

2) seller scold him back which is kind of rude, why reply fire with fire. Bigger fire is what u get.

3) seller told him tat he can muat tats y he bought it, seller din deny tat she din say all tat. Its her responsibility to ensure wat she said is correct, obviously she never think throughoutly when she answered 'yes'. Although she did mention its free size, but she did say a guy tat size (as tall as pintu) can muat. Shudnt she be responsible for it?

4) he pay using top up, so wat? seller agreed to it. he never force seller to accept it, she can refuse to deal if she dont want to. so end of discussion! stop bashing him about this anymore k? its getting annoying... at least from my point of view

5) he is childish... yes. But it happens in life. Dont force them to become something he is not. The way u type here reflect ur real life personality. He is childish in real life, so he is childish here. It makes sense rite? so just bear with his language pls....

as for the solution, in this case... i think seller should suggest wat to do since thread starter created this topic coz he is unhappy and dunno wat to do about it.

Buyer and seller really need to cool down and settle this but from what I see both is like unwilling to settle.

One comment I need to add is buyer's comment of "besar macam pintu". I think a lot of people misunderstood him. That is just an expression to let seller know he is big size person. Use your common sense lah. He said like this doesn't really mean he is like giant size (maybe he really is...gulp). But having said that, one would imagine this guy is really big framed. Seller is at fault here for not able to predict his size "big as a door". He said pintu means again common sense...a regular sized door lah. Why people would want to think about mini door, car door, fridge door or something else is beyond my comprehension.

Now, someone have to take initiative to solve the case here. Whoever taking the initiative will be the mature one with good attitude towards solving this case. No one is right or wrong here. Both is equally right and equally wrong.

Did the seller saw the picture of buyer before any deal is make? No right..
so the seller didn't really know what size that buyer wear, and seller also provided with picture for buyer before the dealing...
And buyer have to the risk during dealing ma.. so TS u can asking for refund...

from the picture i guess the jacket is 50cm width and 80cm height, but how come TS say the width as big as tissue box?? As i can see this jacket is 'tide body' from the material it using...

It would really help that you take a picture of yourself standing at a door so that we can see how big you actually are

Then take a picture with you wearing the jacket as much as it fits

Then take a picture with a measuring tape on the jacket's width and lenght so that we can see how big it is

Then take a picture of all the SMS or PM where the seller calls you bodoh or whatever

If not this will just be a war of words and we can't prove who is right and wrong without evidence

I've been reading this thread since it started and I find this sekut character a bit odd. Either he doesn't understand English or Malay even!. He keep repeating the same comments over and over again. From my assumtion this guy is just asking for trouble. He's not settling it with elaine or replied any of the mod or the other forumers suggestions. Maybe he is just doing this for he own personal amusement. I'm reading the entire thread and I know what to do already.
