Don't accept the parcel, he tried to frame u on other thread, he could just sent an empty box and frame you again, seriously, i think you should log a police report first, if this become police case so be it, you're in sticky situation here already, you still might be able to settle this infront of an police officer, ask the buyer to meet at police station and bring alone the jacket, then you can return his reload, not CASH.
