Come on, lets be frank, it's very easy. You return elaine her jacket, elaine return back your topup reload(since you used it for transaction, back to square 1). You can't demand anything like cash money since it was you who start transaction using reloads.

And since you said that jacket is small, why don't you take a picture of yourself with that jacket. Let us judge it.

This problem can be settled easily and you are the one that makes it harder or complicated.

And as for elaine, freesize does not mean anything. Next time, please put a proper description. Your freesize couldn't be fit on someone having XXXL body size don't you?
