Adik kata badan adik tinggi pintu,tapi ada adik ambik gambar badan adik dengan pintu,tidak,kan.Ade adik cuba ambik gambar denga pakai baju itu,tidak juga.Adik dari dulu cakap nak ambik gambar,tapi tidak ambik jugak,macammana mod dengan orang kat sini nak tolong...

may be just don't accept the parcel from postman, tell postman no such person in your house so that the postman will post back the parcel to the sender?

How to jadi kes polis? He has no evidence that he even paid you. If he posts it back just take it and forget about him. He has no evidence at all

Don't accept the parcel, he tried to frame u on other thread, he could just sent an empty box and frame you again, seriously, i think you should log a police report first, if this become police case so be it, you're in sticky situation here already, you still might be able to settle this infront of an police officer, ask the buyer to meet at police station and bring alone the jacket, then you can return his reload, not CASH.

nvm la...he ady sms me and say sory....i will forgive him...no need serious till lodge police report la...juz a little kid.....if he frame me again...then i will personaly ask my frenz go his house talk 2 his dad....now juz let dis kid sedar akan his mistake...

Looking at the posts sekut seems to be abit childish in this matter but speaking in the points of law, seller takes the responsiblity if the information given was inaccurate but it still depends on what both promised each other. If the buyer agreed to buy it because he thought all the info given was correct ie. looks like new, able to fit(which i think it's quite general). and ended up it's not what he thought it should be because he believed in what the seller said, seller should take the responsibility.

The best way now is let him return the jacket and seller refund. But it's still depends on both how they want to settle this problem. cos i dont think this matter will go to court because of RM40 reload credit. LOL
