Gravit8 by Mitraland's selling point is, its next to Kesas Highway.

KSL is about 4Km from Kesas, its plan looks nice.

There is another site right behind AEON Bukit Tinggi, i think called The Lead, quite strategic also.

Hi Hi Hi EVERYONE
I have full information and details of this coming project Gravity8 !!

Its prime location crowded by few Gated & Guarded high demand area!

1. Ambang botanic(superlink min price RM1M)
2. Bukit tinggi 1/2
3.Bandar Botanic 7 previos phase and new phase Armaya 1,2,3(3 storey superlink) and Akasia 1,2 just opposite Gravity 8!
4. Kota bayuemas,which is fully sold fast while launch. Gated & Guarded and fully occupied after hang over key.
5. Bandar Parklands(Bukit tinggi 3)
6. Canary Garden by KSL group
7. Glenmarie Cove

We are just middle of 2 up coming project:
1. D'laman Green Villa-WCT
2. One Kesas Klang-KM Land

This project ar!! saw few days ago, looks really ok.. but can direct access from kesas or not? or still need to in jalan kebun to go in?

Following maritime theme mixed with shopping mall, offices, serviced apartments all in one.

Nope its cant direct entry from kesas highway. But the project beside 'OneKesas' can direct entry from highway, i incharge for that project too biggrin.gif

Starting price for shoplot is Rm1,830,000. (Before early bird discount)

We havent get any info about condo yet,its will be plenty of units and might lauch after this year!

shop lot with that price should be cleared soon. furthermore from Mitraland also. Even though no direct link to Kesas, need to use Jln Kebun it isn't that bad compare to KSL, went there one time and have to go quite deep.(around 1~2km) plan for both is great, but downside for KSL is deep and getting a family mall (KSL2 Mall i think) which will attract maybe many bangla.

Mitraland on the other hand , Gravit8 , is great and all , but worry the Jln Kebun will jam and cause congestion.

if u hv to use jln kebun to access then 1.8m is vry expensive n mall high chanci will fail... isnt this land flanked by d kesas n 1 way shld have kesas direction although heading back to bkt tinggi shld b jln kebun?

correct me if i'm wrong, commercial shoplot around that area is about 1m-ish isn't it? don't take those isolated shoplots to compare, take decent nearby bkt tinggi home one to compare. it's about 1m~2m for shoplot (the seafood restaurant there) iirc that time i talk to one of the house owners to ask about shoplot $

its not like too deep in some no where land dude..
its still along jalan banting Langat.. ppl from banting till klang area will be the main customer.. till kemuning area that side. meaning the same ppl that visits aeon bukit tinggi.. just that now it's split into 2 lol.
