the previous/abandoned building at sazean park looks really outdated lol..hope mitra will revamp the looks haha.
not much info yet at mitra website.. almost everything stated as " future development" lol |

Mitraland development always can create certain of value to surrounding. From commi till resi. Can see from past few projects. They develop according the surrounding need and what missing there.. With quite ok price.

KD obly has 2 coffee places, a bank and what came to my biggest surprise is this Ikazaya Japanese bar (the one that have in 1U) on the 4th floor. So weird. Idk how are they gonna survive.
