To be correct it is over 350m uncovered walking distance away from Trio (not including footwork from your unit to the main road and from the main road to the upper deck to board). Mall is one, those shoplots are another important aspect of Gravit8. If everything picks up, then good, else is just waiting game or pure bad luck for Gravit8 buyer.
