Hey guys, I've been doing lighting weights for sometime now, but I couldn't grow and then it was time my friend calling me to eat more (I followed his routines though, but does not have any diet plan). And ever since lifting, I can actually eat ALOTTTT,and for sometime, I'm seeing some of the parts (Chest, little bit on the arms) are growing OK, but shockingly my belly has gone wayyyyy bigger, and the rate of getting bigger belly was much more faster than any other parts of the body and now I'm having a very big love handles (saddens me). So, I would like to ask if anybody can help me?
P/S : I'm trying to bulk ...but overall pretty small until now.
P/S 2 : Yep, I don't have a diet plan, which I think costs me on my belly fat increase, hopefully somebody can guide me through a bulking diet plan (or some links? Thanks!)
P/S 3 : I'm very much enthusiastic to get in good shape, but as a student, I'm not rich like others to have those crazy supplements.. I only have normal whey protein.
