 Belly Gym Problem, Tryna gain overall size, gain more on Bl

Hey guys, I've been doing lighting weights for sometime now, but I couldn't grow and then it was time my friend calling me to eat more (I followed his routines though, but does not have any diet plan). And ever since lifting, I can actually eat ALOTTTT,and for sometime, I'm seeing some of the parts (Chest, little bit on the arms) are growing OK, but shockingly my belly has gone wayyyyy bigger, and the rate of getting bigger belly was much more faster than any other parts of the body and now I'm having a very big love handles (saddens me). So, I would like to ask if anybody can help me?

P/S : I'm trying to bulk ...but overall pretty small until now.
P/S 2 : Yep, I don't have a diet plan, which I think costs me on my belly fat increase, hopefully somebody can guide me through a bulking diet plan (or some links? Thanks!)
P/S 3 : I'm very much enthusiastic to get in good shape, but as a student, I'm not rich like others to have those crazy supplements.. I only have normal whey protein.

To lose the fat off your body and to get lean and strong.. Try crossfit workout routines with paleo diet. stick to it for one month no matter what, you can have cheat meals once a week or so.. you will see the results for sure.. \m/

You have the 'skinny local uni boy' problem. Basically your meals consist of the usual street food in KV. High carbs, oil, flavouring, and little else.

Here are a few factors to strength/size:
1. Enough makan. I was cursed like you to be born in Msia to a normal working class family. Now that I eat like omputeh, per plate salads, unflavoured unsweetened yogurt, fruits, Sashimi-only buffet.Lean meat etc. (managed to work and live in 1st world type lifestyle in KL)
2. Enough minum. Hydrate yourself enough.
3. Enough rest. Stop your computer gaming till late night. Sleep 8 hours.
4. Less masturbation. A lot of key nutrient goes out from your body when you do it.

Please don't ask me to expose your real name here. Hehe...

I'm a local uni student and it's possible to do well while on a tight budget so you shouldn't use it as an excuse. First of all, Bulking does not mean you should eat A LOT. I think that's why you're getting all the fat gains. If you want to do a bulk and gain lean muscles, just calculate your maintenance calories and add a small surplus probably from 300-500 and stick to it. Bulking doesn't means you can eat however you want and expect only muscle gains. Aim for small weight increment per month too so that it will be mostly muscle instead of fats. On the other hand, remember you are hitting you macronutrients and micronutrients. Hope this helps.

as long as it doesnt get in the way of your daily life, like you skipped gym to masturbate, skipped class to masturbate or take leave from work to fap

when ejaculating, you releases alot of variety of things, yes, but the term here is variety, you releases alot of variety but in a very small amount which doesnt matter or anything

and about masturbating influences hormone, yeah, but very very minimum, not even a couple % and they goes back normal a while later

those niggas ejaculate plenty of times a day and they're still naturally muscular, even the arabs are the same

the only thing that masturbating really messes with is your mind. Sometimes you feel guilty or what, but to some people its just, i got the need, i release it, no stress, and no random boners in gym and work, thats it.

I think there are more than enough sifus here to teach you how to eat and diet and bla blaaaaaa

I'm a college student as well , and I understand how hard it's to eat "clean" outside .

If you're really committed but doesn't have cooking "talent" like me , go invest 150 bucks in a convention oven , and steal a rice cooker from your hse , marinate your chicken and pack in aluminium foil . Your morning routine will be , wash ur rice and cook them , throw the chicken into oven and cook them , go bath and eat

Sources of "clean" food out thr : tandoori , chappati , tosai , chicken rice(opt for white rice and steamed chicken , the "roasted" is often fried) . Chap fun ? Nope hahaha(the amount of oil they put inside is scary)

And eggs , each Eggs give u a good 6 grams of protein
