I have like 20 or so movie transformers toy in opened box in my cupboard. Is there demand for them? Bought them when the Michael Bay movies were still hot. Ranging from Optimus, Megatron, Jetfire leader class to the smaller voyager classes. Cheapest for them when I bought was around 80-100. Leader classes I have takara and some has to versions around 280-300 last time.

yo! imma sort of a latecomer to this TF toys collection thingie so kinda looking at Takara Tomy Masterpiece now....there seems to be a lot of KO around also and for some, it looks so identical...

for a start...Ironhide Masterpiece...any idea how to identify the KO vs original?

basically not much different, except price and packaging design as shared by others.

you should watch review in youtube or other chinese review for more info n comparison. At times KO are better than the Ori nowadays. but then again, whether you want to be an authentic collector, it's entirely on you. I quit impulse collecting long ago already, probably a few that i like, jazz

haha...well...the one with packaging saying Takasa Tony then that one clear la...

but there are also KO that follow the packing all 100% exactly...so even if i want to be authentic collector...damn hard to differentiate...

nop... they wont be 100% same... coz they wont want to get themselve into trouble. there must be very minor changes that people hardly will notice. eventually with the minor changes may still get themselve into trouble too. China seller nowadays are very honest whether is selling KO or ori especially those selling thru taobao or tmall, they will state whether it's KO, 3rd party or official.

ok...thanks for sharing..usually if you just take a look and don't study and compare really in detail...almost hard to catch...i tried youtube videos..those showing side by side KO vs ori...even the video owner mention plastic feels the same also...
