Hello all. I’m new to the transformers toy collections and I’ve just purchased the hasbro studio series 38 optimus prime. While I was fiddling around and transforming to truck mode . I found my left chest piece gets loose and falls off . I did check if I’ve broke anything but seems to me is just a snap on piece. Are these suppose to happen for a studio series quality ? To those who has this particular set do share your experience . Here are some photos of Optimus I’ve taken for fun. Thanks

yup. it does pop out. their target nowadays is more towards kids... that's why the quality is seriously lacking but the price is not. hardly satisfied us collector

Guess I can see why true collectors more lean towards the MPM series or the three zero models.even some Chinese 3rd party can do better quality for 1/3 of the official SRP..

Nobody cares about KO or Ori here. Just Transforming robots. My last ori HasTak purchase was MP Hound and it was so disappointing I stopped PO anything official until reviews are out. Official 3rd parties like Flametoys are fine though. Remember when official TFs were the cheaper, better quality VS 3rd Party/KOs being the expensive dodgy ones? How time flies.

Crap plastic QC + thin connection on some parts + tight tolerance on those parts = Hound breaking in multiple areas. Shitty QC all around. Haven't transformed it since i discovered a crack on mine.
nbk confirm sure loose after few twist on the joint
That bad? Nvm. What brand do u recommend then? Its actually for his b8day. If its loose , then its only a matter of time he will come n complaint to me about it hahaha

I have a Jinbao G1 Devastator. Jinbao Devastator are ok.
jinbao much bigger... quality slightly better. price almost 3x
I see. Okay well noted.
Product arrived. I can say the quality is ok la compare to hasbro. I actually have the smaller ones. But what i like about it is the fittting. Its just that when fully assemble into devastator, it have problem to stand properly. Guess its only good for photo?
Sorry i break ur neck. Dunno how to adjust
