trust me, i ate like you before. surely still thin...
eat consistently. stick to it.
esp:
nasi lemak every morning consistently
noon: 2-3plate rice/mee consistently
evening: bread+kaya consistently
nite: 2-3 plate rice consistently
supper: mamak everyday consistently
do like this for 1~2month. check your weight. ok, don thank me on this, you achieve your goal.(gain weight)
bear in mind, it is weight gain not muscles gain.. (most of weight might be water+fat)
P/S: it is not healthy diet to gain weight. as above say, get your nutrition knowledge right. and be consistent on a diet plan.
