Anyone changed their Samsung watch 3 battery?

hi all. im new with smartwatch.

10 years ago i had a german made Heart Rate Monitor that can beep once whenever i reached 70% max HR and beep twice when i reached 90% maxHR. i dont know if current smart watch have this function. anyone knows?

i use it for intense mountainbiking so i need to be able to estimate my heart rate without looking at my wrist.

and also how accurate are the current smartwatch? should i trust them to read my heart beat when all they do is read wrist pulse?

When it comes to smartwatch for health, only Tim Team Apple is the true health monitoring companion. So, must buy Tim Team Apple iPhone as well...



But... unfortunately...ALL smartwatch O² monitor is...

Galaxy watch 4 or 5 but ECG and blood pressure measurement will be locked out if you don't own a Samsung Phone.

Blood oxygen and Heart Rate still can be measured if you own an Android phone besides Samsung.

Do note that the battery life is 1 day or 1 day plus only.

Galaxy Watch 4 is as low as RM499

Galaxy Watch 5 starts from RM1099

Cellular versions will be priced higher

I want to buy for my son's upcoming birthday and he's really likes this one in Shopee



Thing is, it's not even from known brand but this is the only smart watch which can install android apps and makes call, even have front facing camera.

Price around 600++ for the highest spec but dunno if worth it in long run or not.

Any thoughts?
