ok, i did ask the salesman when i go to send goods, they said is normal for poslaju, and if i want to get more secure use better courier like citylink etc..

and you keep thinking on his side, did you stand at seller side n think? as a seller already send goods but got stolen won't refund is normal, just like you bought something online or from shop, they send u goods, postman stole it, will the shop refund you? will they trust you?

What postage / courier company is that ? Why sounds so terrible one ?

Come in postlaju package and no weight stated. Then how they charge for the postage oh ? by parcel ?

the good will be insurance before they sent customer place and appoint a secure courier company not cap ayam pos laju..... that y u need to learn risk management.... this is a risk......... no risk, no bussiness....

Seller is posting faulty set with the value of RM 50.. Any courier will do even pos laju..
Pos laju is not cap ayam.. I've sent a lot of items through pos laju and it's fine.. Problem is not pos laju.. Is their staff..

unstoppable, how you pack the item? In a plastic or box? Is it visible or can feel the object with hand? Although it's faulty set but if postman see it.. They might not know..

unstoppable post by some agent that had affliate with post laju, not direct with post laju but what i feel weird is why they didn't state the parcel weight ?

post laju and every courier company that i've deal with ... all their items are charged by weight and the weight would be written on the slip ( the one i've noticed so far )

postlaju, gdex, skynet, kangaroo or whatever also when you post the stuff ... they will definitely weight the parcel one right ? never heard of a postage company that send the parcel without weighting the item ....

except it is post ekspress or something la but what kit kit said it is in a post laju ....

anyway, my opinion regarding this case is .... unstoppable should try to contact the postage company regarding this issue or at least tell us which courier company he send the parcel with ...

the purpose of this thread is to settle the problem ... not blaming or flamming each i assume ?

actually if suspect the parcel is re-wrap or improper wrapping or improper information, we have the right not to accept it... we should collect from post office and unwrap in front them, if found out tat not items inside, can do report instantly which have enough proof...

wat i did in my ways is scan the poslaju receipt b4 i send... at least to let my buyer recognize my handwritting to prevent the receipt re-write by other ppl... after sent will re-scan the copy of receipt again to proved tat i sent the item with the particular weight which included avthings...

don't agree with u.i'm using POS Laju to sent / received parcell and document nationwide.So far never faced any problem and they provide me a good service.Sent today and received tomorrow with a good condition.Sometimes the pos laju person will call before he sent the goods (normally for big parcel and need to sent with van)


Normally i keep the copy slip until the deal settle.Give pos ID to the recipient ASAP

The 3rd party company i used is MBE (Mail Box ETC) www.mbe.com.my

Which is a company that carry a few service as Poslaju, Fedex, Citylink, DHL, i had deal many times with that company, they even check the goods before i pass the items to them because this is thier rules, they said some ppl send drugs before, so they must follow this rule. They have few branch, in Subang, Puchong, Melaka and more.

Ok, i don't know why there is no weight by Poslaju, btw i got the receipt instead of the Poslaju slip everytime i use MBE service, and i never face item lost with them before until this time, i guess they wont steal a faulty phone as they are counted big company and they won't risk thier self to do stealing.

I did wrap with brown paper in a box, i wrap a few layer somemore, with many of celephone tape.

Btw i forgot when i post the item already, they din't give me the weight, the posman will pickup the parcel at the shop, i don't know did the posman weight it but i think no because kit_kit also say there is no weight on the slip..

They did weight the parcel after they pack into the poslaju bag..but they never stated how heavy is it..sometime they even use volumetric to count cost, the next deal i will request them to put the weight on receipt but don't know they want to do that or not

2. so, i am sure they would have an eyes witness in the company that the phone is in the parcel or not as you stated that they would check the goods before u pass the item to them.

3. i dont think they know the phone is faulty.

5. normally they will state the date & time the item had been posted in the slip right ? got no weight info ... dont tell me date & time also dont have. if really dont have can kill the postage company d

Means the shop is offering a service like that? It is better that you go directly to poslaju leh.. Can straight see the weight and cost .. Everything la.. After they pass u the slip.. Straight tell ur customer the tracking number lor..

register urself to courier service .. They will pick up from u ... So far i use GDex all no problem also..

I wrap also like you but i don't use the brown paper.. I use a colour paper.. one side black and another side white.. black face inside.. Brown paper easy to get by postman.. I don't really want my item to be changed..

Well, actually both also made mistake.. Both think this faulty set RM 50 only.. no need to secure or watever. .. kit_kit signed the parcel only found it's not inside.. Postman dunno it's faulty mar.. they want use or sell..

The best way now is .. go to the shop and ask for solution.. anything under RM 200 .. the pos office will pay but have to investigate first lor..

Btw, other forummers.. Please dun accuse either one of them.. I seriously believe both of them won't cheat for faulty RM 50 phone..
