This fella ( unstoppable ) Sell Me a faulty X460C at RM50 .... i My self do repairing so i trade in his phone ...

Then after i bank in , He send over the " phone " ( or it is not with phone !! ... days later the package arrived ... There is no phone inside .. only charger and handsfree !! Then i go and complaint to him ...

Then he tell me he is using watever courier to send me 1 ... Which some kind of company that have some contract with few courier and also pos laju ..

Then he tell me he wil go and check the next day ~~~ But the day after , i wait and wait for him to online But he never online ... then i pm him ( i stil didnt know he run away from me , he use to buy things for me , i feel like he is my trustable customer ) ... Finally i found out he Block my msn and never reply pm as he is active in forums ...

So , i go ask him in thread , finaly , he replied ....

he is a stupid irresponsible seller..... do you confirm that the package is clean and good when u recieve it..... wat courier did he use?

should check the package first if its tempered or not.and take a few pics la...IMO

the package is inside a pos laju plastic , which is those with registered company Pos laju ....But he say he is using So-called courier , i also blur blur , duno wat is that ....

It's ok to give seller the benefit of doubt. but this might just become a new tactic for potential conmen.

send nothing and claim it gets stolen by mr postmen.

haih..another case..either seller or buyer is lying..which side..we 3rd party never know..well a lesson that is do COD when u deal with some new forumer or not well popular seller in lowyat net.

Me myself also get con b4 buyer i advice u to get over it,cause in this case we duno who did it..take it as a lesson..

kit_kit is from Malacca while unstoppable is from Puchong. Not quite practical to travel so far for just a faulty phone which costs only RM50. Plus, kit_kit mentioned that he trusted unstoppable cuz he bought a few stuffs from him.

he being my customer for quite sometimes already. ... just i don understand ..
he don even wana go check or after check never give me any reply ... blocked my msn .. y ?? sound stupid for the seller...

if its inside da poslaju plastic... then confirm its not postman stolen the phone... the seller is the one "curi" the phone..... bcoz..... once the seal is broken its kenot be acceptable by the reciever..... same like other courier policyla... summore poslaju nvr recieve any complain of stolen package in its poslaju plastic parcel!!!!

No bro, what I meant was it's not practical to travel all the way from Malacca to Puchong just for a faulty phone. So, I supported your choice of doing postages. Plus, he did buy some stuffs from you which makes you have every right to believe that he won't cheat you.

ok, please take a look at my sucessful trade list, i have done deal up to RM400+ and use postage by poslaju or citylink express, why don't i run away for such a big amount and i want to cheat his RM50?

Let's say if i order an 1K phone from him, i receive the parcel and i say the phone lost, would him refund FULL amount to me? Would he belive that is the postman stole the phone?

And he din't even take a photo for the parcel which is tampered by the postman, he has no evidence and he keep said that i send a box to him without the phone, he keep posting nonsens at my thread instead of creating a thread here until i ask him to, so please judge for me, thx
