power button is ok, no problem... just because the screen is black all the time, no time, date, weather or calender info show, that why it cant open with double tap. any idea how to set the info show while off screen? maybe can double tap to open again...???

Have you tried the glace screen feature?

turn on already, still black my screen. anything more i can do...???

tks bro, but i think i will try hard reset 1st after tranfer all my important doc. if my warranty already pass, this issue can send to sc? will they charge me? if this is cause by win10, not my phone hardware(Hope so...)

If your warranty has expired then I think they will charge you; best is to call them and ask for a rough quotation so you have an idea of how much it might cost.
