New owners of Lumia 640 and 640 XL, don't forget to claim one year free subscription to Office 365. To do so, install the app called Office 365 Gift and follow the instructions inside.

Confirmed, one sim is 2G only.

Just had a confirmation with Microsoft Malaysia GM that they are working a plan to bring the 640XL LTE to Malaysia
Though I don't have any info on the sim version |

LTE and 33G are the same = slow. Unless you stay near to the transmission tower.
