Didn't the salesperson tell you that they will open Block A anytime in the near future ? Mine did but I was thinking about taking the promo unit at B. When I decided and went back, it was sold and I was given units in Block A as an option to choose from.

Yeah ! The layout of the master bedroom for the corner lot is the main selling point for my lady as it can we done up into a walk in wardrobe.

I only discovered the release of Block A during signing of SPA and loan agreement at the gallery.
Probably I have taken the unit which promoted to you earlier. There were only 2-3 units left for facing facilities view that time, including one at 17th floor which tagged at Rm515k nett.

Hello there. Mine is an intermediate unit. Initially I was offered block B star unit but in the end I chose block A. Too bad non of the corner unit with walk in wardrobe layout is available ( as what I ve been told 🙄). But it comes with better car parking lots haha

Same here. The agent didn’t tell me about block A. I actually paid booking for block B then change to A

Highers lvls hv better parking lots that's for sure. Eh I was also offered their star buy unit in block B at 11th floor or smth but meh, when I went back it was been sold. Coincidentally, they just launch block A so I had a number of options available and got the corner unit.

In my case, it was a bit too late to change as I have signed my bank loan LO, and both the SPA and loan agreement is already ready in front of me to sign at the gallery when I discovered the release of Block A.
Anyway, not too bad in terms of view selection though could be better with more choice from Block A.

My thought is corner unit facing facilities view would be the best choice in this development.

I prefer to look out into the horizon, personal preference actually. I can say I'm pretty lucky when I went and block A just opened for sale. Just hoping the development lives up to what is being marketed. Finger's crossed.

515k nett for 915sqft unit? That's pricey. Equal to 563 psf. Wow.
But anyway, for own stay is another story. As long as you like it and able to afford, then price is secondary factor.

Looking at Alam Sanjung's facilities, I would say pretty decent given the price tag.

That is the price tag for 2nd highest floor.
Pricey or not, it is a subjective matter unless you have direct equivalent product in same vicinity.
