1) Reimbursement - maksud itu luit aku sendiri punya, sudah pakei untuk bikin komani punya biznes, pastu tuntut balek komani sahaje. tidak boley kena taksiran cukai sebab luit aku adalah gaji yang telah dikenakan cukai PENDAPATAN.

2) Allowance - maksud itu luit memang bukan aku sendiri punya. walaupon sudah pakei untuk bikin komani punya biznes, luit tersebut tidak dituntut sebab itu adalah BAYARAN LEBIHAN secara ELAUN dari komani bagi perkerja untuk menjalani tugas asas

1) If after engaged D/R no more sound, and after release put to P/N sound came back, then it's klac bearing.
Remedy: Sell kar bai VIOS or get your CVT box fixed

2) If only happened in the morning/cold start, have sound before engage gear, and after engaged no more sound even later release put to P/N the sound doesn't come back, it's possible loosen valve train.
Remedy: Sell kar bai VIOS or use higher viscosity oil or send the engine for top overhaul

No whistling.gif The car is NOT malfunction, just that teppet is loosen, hence the ticking noise. Basically, cars with loosen teppet will have better response and better mileage. It's a clear sign of well seasoned engine, gone through a proper BREAK IN. Go look for those dunno what ceratek stuff plonk in for your next oil change. In the hope that will remove those teppet noise from your engine.

Ya. My Fuelly say, my waifu FC had improved from 9km/l to now consistently 11km/l & oftenly hit 12km/l despite always travel along LDP(from Kepong to Kelana Jaya the killer stretch), so ally no intention to change the CPV despite the engine sounded like gonna fall off anytime.

On the side note, due to CPV inefficiency, it actually lower the re-acceleration everytime we lift the gas pedal. However, the lag actually compliment the originally lagged throttle response. So, the fact is my car jerk a lot less compare to last time laugh.gif

I didn't say it's GOOD. Obviously, car designed for good, there's no extra thing in the car that is not required or useless. For my preference, I liked it rosaked then when it wasn't. Hence I choose not to repair it. And there will be 1 point the purge valve doesn't shut anymore and engine start to leak, then it's not fun to drive a car with so low horse power, gazzle fuel like no tomorrow; OR, the purge valve shutted and refused to release anymore, the car went so powerful that jerks everytime picking up speed. Good FC but continuously lost speed when cruising.

My case is, continue to use it until it the day come, then I'll decide to whether go cable throttle, modify to SPOON manifold and remove IAFM? Or if I'm fedup with mods, just replace the CPV and call it a day, and wait for IAFM kong. Besides, nowadays I'm so busy with work, hardly got time think of how to maintain a heavily modded car anymore. FYI, I'm started selling most of my cars nowadays to cash out after GST. Things just got from bad to worst.

That part is the IAFM+ on FLX, IAFM on BLM/FL. No there's nothing less than RM150 to be replaced in that area. The SC clearly trying to con you to do throttlebody cleaning "service". Which involved a dry clothe, and a bottle of spray cleaner.



FYI, servicing that vinkas may not give you super duper FC in return. from previous 300km+ to current hard to get 300km could be 290~310km. 20km difference can happened in just 1 hour LDP jam from SS2 to my house in Kepong. For me, if I jam from monday to Friday, each day 2 times to and fro, I could have lost 200km/tank of petrol whistling.gif

I give you 2 scenarios:

1) You take my advise, go buy a bottle of spray can and did exactly the same like the video above. After driving with cleaned throttlebody, figured your fuel consumption doesn't improve per se, still very hard to achieve 300km. Hence you drive straight in to SC, ask the magician to do the "service" for you which you're prohibited to witness on the service bay due to trade secret.
1a) You drove out from SC, feeling happy. Goes easy on throttle due to placebo effect, feeling the car alot more powderful after the secret recipe serviced. You get better mileage on your next time, achieved 300km and you call all LYNer a lier.
1b) You drove out from the SC, feeling exactly the same, the car lack of power had to push more on the accelerator to move. You don't get 300km in the end. You call LYNer a lier, you curse SC a scammer, and you rant Plotong make crap car that gazzle fuel even worst than a Camry.

2) You take my advise, go buy a bottle of spray can and did exactrly the same like the video above. After driving with cleaned throttlebody
2a) You're happy with the throttle feeling, goes easy on throttle. So happen you didn't go any heavy traffic area due to long holiday, you get 300km on the next tank. You make friends with fellow LYNers and in future you'll have a fun ride and many fun DIY experience with this Plotong BT3 crap.
2b) Don't know why after you make the service by yourself, you get 300km. You're happy about it, you forget about LYN and never bother to come back until next problem occur

nod.gif Take 1 and go, sure will kena 1. But, there's nothing cheaper than RM150 on the IAFM and IAFM+ to be replaced. So, the only thing can be serviced is the throttlebody as per video attached. kthxbai

Coolant level fluctuates? hmm.gif It seems like a clogged up radiator. Since you mentioned you've done thermostat replacement, might as well take it out for now, for a thorough diagnostic? If having the car running without thermostat is back to normal, then pretty sure the thermostat you've replaced is not working correctly? However, try this simple diagnose to see whether your coolant has gone into your engine. After a long drive, pickup the dipstick and swap it over a clean sheet of paper towel to see what you get from the engine.

Yes indeed, you either have a bad water jacket or bad gasket. Overhaul is in-eminent. If you don't, the engine oil is either black or clean brownish/golden, then no problem with either the gasket nor water jacket. What left is as below:

1) Fan motor weaken. It can still stand the heat of engine alone, but not when aircond compressor kicks in.
2) Fan relay gone wonky, where after you switched on the AC, fan stopped spinning??
3) Get the radiator tank flushed. If problem still persist, send it to SC for ECU reset.

These are the cheapest solution I have.

p/s: On the side note, do you recall during your previous head gasket replacement, did the technician put an organic gasket or metal gasket? As far as I know, our tofu head is very bad. If previously overheated, there's a good chance that the engine head was bent during the incident. If the entire engine head did not sent for proper balancing and skinning, simply replacing a metal gasket would have causing leakage, as bad as didn't do the overhauling job. Usually, I play it safe by sending the engine head to the machine shop, skin it a layer, and use organic gasket instead of metal gasket. So far, I've 2 Gen2s out from my hand having the same problem as you mentioned few years back, both came back for another overhaul job due to leakage after gasket replacement. After that, I've practiced the safer way for all overhauling job for Kampros. Did mentioned to the owners extra cost incurred, but to save up for the future hassle free driving experience.

Still, goes back to what is given. Either you need an ECU reset? Or check the temperature sensor? If all is good, there may not be any physical faulty other then electronics. Besides, if temperature keep going up to max, does your car really breakdown and smoke? Usually, before your car start smoking, there's heavy knocking sound emitting from the engine due to overheating/predetonation.

And, coolant level fluctuates, does it mean it keep on getting less? Or once you check it less, the next day it restored when cold?
