Bartonia sales slow is expected, beside the surau issue, the other utmost concern would be the privacy due to the highrise behind..  To tackle with this, SPS really need to come out with an convincing statement that they will do some preventive measures, for example changing the facing of the highrise to preserve the privacy of the Bartonia residents..

For Chinese, they may not prefer to have a house near to surau but definitely malay will like it. Maybe SEH can do more promotion to get our muslim fren to purchase the house here. A mature development should have different race to stay together..😀😀😀..just like malaysia is belong to malaysian. 😀
